Hello, This is my first post and so far this forum sure brings back some memories of my past.Yes, I'm an old 54 year old shooter. As of right now I am with out a single S&W. I have had since 1972 at least thirty or more SW revolvers and autos.
Some of the ones that I have had are the M29 4" and 6.5. A M66 that was only marked has a 66 no dashes, a M27 3.5" that had the serial number stamped on just about every part on it including the stocks it also had a front sight held on by two pins, the Texas Ranger set just to name a few. Most I sold or traded, but the last ones where stolen about ten years ago. I used my M41's for NRA bullseye shooting and was a 2600 Master and earned both the Distinguished Pistol Shot and Rifleman badge.
I'm hoping to find a 70's or 80's M29 or 629 4",6" or 6.5" or a M19 or 66 4" or 6".
Anyway I hope to have a good time here.
