Hello!
I have got a U.S. stamped S&W Revolver.
It is in .38 spl. with 6" cylindric (!) barrel (round profile without rail)
Revolver with Roundbutt (!) and has a low Ramp Frontsight .
It is marked as a Mod. 10 - 5.
I could not find out what exactly it figures. Can anybody help us ? It is an original S&W Barrel and it seems not to be messed up.
Any idea who had such Revolvers?

Welcome! This is likely a US military contract gun from about 1970, except for the 6" barrel (and reshaped front sight). The standard barrel length for these was 4" so I would guess the longer part is a replacement.

Here is a recent thread on a similar gun with more information:

U.S. Marked 10-5
