I recently trade some odds and ends for a model 36. Its serial number is 69J20. What appreciate it if someone can let me know the date of manufacture (roughly).

Roughly early 1970's
Soon-to-be-mine Model 36 no dash is 77JXX purchased in 1972. Your is a little older and I'm sure others here can dated it even closer than I can.

It's from the "floating J" period of 1971-1972.
