s&w model 410

looking at picking up a model 410 40 cal anyone have any info pro or con this is not a money issue just want to know if this is a good firearm .

Hi toolman,
The 410 is an excellent piece, it is a blued value series of the famed 4006. Any of the 3rd generation pistols will do just fine. I've owned them for many years and they are by far my favorite pistols.

I think they have changes some machining on these pistols in later runs. The holsters may or may not be the same in my experience depending on which version it is.

It is a pistol that will last you a very long time.
