I bought a well used model 46 and was wondering if any model
41 parts would fit it

The M46 was the less expensive model of the M41. Used by the USAF, if I remember. Parts are interchangeable. The M46 didn't have the loaded round indicator, the wooden grips or the trigger adjuster.

I'm having i failure to eject problem there is some wear on the ejector so im thinking of starting there. It also appears as though the spent casings are slightly swollen above the rim and the base is slightly rounded.I am wondering if it could be the bolt isn't keeping the cartridge in the chamber or worse the barrel is worn.

Suggest you do a complete cleaning and use CCI std vel ammo. Ammo is importent - NO HOT AMMO in a 46.
