The model 610 is chambered in the 10mm and I am wondering, can the 40 S&W be fired in this? I am thinking it should work since the 10 mm uses " moon " clips and there is no difference is case diameter. Be like shooting 38 spl. in a 357. Just curious

Yep, shooting .40S&W (must use moonclips) is one of the nice advantages of the 610. Plus they look nice.

Could a 41 Rem Mag cylinder be done if the window is long enough?

Are you asking about launching .410" jacketed bullets at magnum velocities and smacking them in to the rear end of a .400" bore?

Have someone roll camera when you do this.
