Just got these grips from the Bangor Punta era. Any idea what decade- 70's or 80's?

You may be thinking about J Combat stocks. I believe those RB Target's remained unchanged into the '80's.

Honduran Rosewood and I'm sure they have silver (stainess) stock circle inserts so early 1970's and 80's as you thought. K and N combats still had inserts in 1985 for sure (M624) but not sure how much longer. J frame targets like yours were probably the same but I do not know.
