I have purchased these sights in the past and was very happy with them. They are probably hard to get so you might have to do some digging

those sights will not work, my 622 is not dove taled, it has the long slot like the S&W revolvers have

I have an adjustable sighted 2206 that came to me with a blued slide. After a brick or two of ammo the rear sight wouldn't hold elevation--come to find out that there's a little disc in the slot that provides some tension and the "clicks" for the sight, which was cracked in half on my pistol.

I called S&W and they sent me a replacement "elevation detent" (I think that's what they call it) but it's either a press fit or it's staked in place so I never got around to fixing it; instead I found a stainless fixed sight slide for sale online and now I use it.

Point is--try calling S&W, they may have what you're looking for. It's worth a phone call.

Now that I think about it, I should call them myself and see if I can send in my slide for repair.

S&W is the first call I made

everygunpart dot com has full kits ... As of this post they have one 622 and two 422 kits. Watch for one with adjustable sights, they pop in often.
