S&W Padlock

Does anyone know anything about a S&W padlock? One came sliding my way [I am assuming off of someone's truck] earlier today and was sitting in the middle of the road. Not one to pass up shiny baubles I stopped and saw it was a lock. The Smith & Wesson logo on the side of the brass was a bonus. No key though.

It is about 2 inches tall including the shackle by 1 inch wide.

Post a picture. There are known S&W padlocks, plus many more fakes. Form the size you describe, I would guess yours is the real thing. The fakes are usually much bigger. Ed.
