S&W revolver collecting question...

Well, I hope your happy...lol. Yesterday, I purchased a S&W model 4006 TSW CHP's semi auto. It's in excellent condition and will make a great range gun, home defense and collectible firearm. Thanks for the suggestion!

Now I have to research a single stack s/s semi auto in 40 to match this one.

Garthe,
That's a great start. Additional Research Project Suggestion...begin looking into how to convert your 40 into a 10mm. Or better yet, a 10xx from the factory! This forum is great for that but you'll have to migrate over to the "semi" side...aka the "dark side". Looks like you're on the right track.
Best of Luck,

Most have discussed blued Smiths; however, I really like my stainless. I would suggest a pre-lock Model 63 J frame 4". I have had one for 30 or so years and over the years the trigger has honed down to about 2 1/2 pounds. Another favorite is the pre-lock S&W Model 67 K frame 4". I have a Model 18-3 and a Model 66, amongst other Smiths, but I find myself shooting the Model 63 and the Model 67 more than anything else.
