Holy crap. Where are you finding these $350 M&P's? The SD's can be had for around $335 NIB. Unless we are talking LE Agency pricing. I rarely see commercial M&P's for less than $450.

I'm seeing the SD for about 370-400. If I'm willing to wait for buds to get the M&P that I want in stock, I can get the LE discount on the M&Ps for $400.

There are SD9's are on Gunbroker for around $330. Not sure how he is selling them for that price, but he always has a few for sale. Locally they run around $390 but I think we are going to see them come down to around $350 as soon as the "newness" wears off. I paid $430 shipped for my M&P 9mm from OMB Express (before the prices came down a little). I also waited for the specific model I wanted to come in stock.

Looks like the SD9 is going to get reviewed in a gun rag in March.

Not sure if its an LEO only price, but the SD9 and SD40 are listed on GT Dist website as under $310.

mlk18, thanks for the GT link. That is the lowest price I've seen on the SD by a good margin. At that price I'd say the Sigma is about to be retired.

So it is just crayon wax? Wouldn't that melt after a long range session?

i did my M&P as well....since i did it the crayon wax has not came off ..300+ rounds later

SD 40

well i must got the O.K form the Sheriff to carry my SD40 as a "duty" gun in the court house..i have a sigma & M&P ..all 3 i can carry ....prior to going to the "Junk glock" we had sigma 40f and loved it ...so going to the M&P then the SD was no different...by the way the SD here in canton Ohio ran me 389.99 (W/L.E.O discount)
