My new to me model 5944 - little holster wear but nice overall condition. This is my 2nd s&w - the first was in 1997 - a sigma in 40 s&w. This 5944 is much nicer than my old sigma.

Wow....lots of nice firearms indeed.....need to get mine in the lineup.

Hey wlp, just a suggestion, you could always polish some later 639 type ss grip screws, they polish up beautifully and would look great against the wood grips, also that is a sweet looking nickel example you have, everytime I run across one the finish is beat to death, great find......

My latest, a nickel 39-2. She needs new grip screws, and new ones appear to be unavailable, but I just found a local plating shop who says he can do these.

Thanks grif, I'll give that a try.

FNG Here.. (Fun New Guy). Found this site looking for info on PC 945's. Started reading and well here I am. After reading some of the posts. Had to go dig out some of my old safe queens.. Caveat: All of these have been carried as a duty / off duty gun during my 30 some years as a LEO... Except for the 945-1 PC... Actually they build 10, my agency bought 5 for issue. 4 were purchased personally by us. I stuffed mine in the safe and it has never been shot... I retired last Dec and my duty gun is sitting in the agency armory.. I just got hired back PT as a Firearms / DT trainer (Now I have a chance to buy it as before I retired I ordered new guns for the tac team guns.. (hehehe)...
Not quite sure how to up load photos on this forum... Let see if it works..
