S&W SHIELD RED TO GREEN LASER EXCHANGE

What is best way to replace the red laser activation buttons with the green buttons?

I pushed the red ones inward with a q tip.

I checked with Crimson Trace they suggested a fine edge like on a razor blade, got my exacto and popped them right off.
