My shield was about 3 weeks door to door and they sent me an email ahead of time with the FedEx tracking number. Sorry to hear of the problem. Nothing more frustrating than a new gun that does not function properly!

Sent my full size .40 in on the 10th. Haven't heard anything yet.

My CORE 9 was signed for by them on 12 mar, when I called today they said it is on it's way to shipping. So I am not expecting anything till next week probably.

5 weeks in October 2013 on a M&P 15 Sport to change the upper for cosmetic reasons- the original barrel arrived with scratches.
7 days in November 2013 to do the bushing recall on a 686-1.
Tracking on both shipments was excellent. Because FedEx requires an adult signature I had FedEx hold both at the FedEx shipping center instead of chasing the driver. This has to be done with FedEx, not S&W.
Work on both guns was excellent. No problems whatsoever.
