S&w1500 22/250 accuracy issues

Leopold 4/12 scope. Like new gun. Quality factory loads and its shooting all over the place. Can't dial in scope. Barrel is clear back to section where it necks up to action. Scope mounts and everything is tight. Any recommendations?

Try shimming the barrel with a piece of leather or heavy cardboard about two inches long. Put the shim about an inch behind the fore end of the stock. Some barrels just don't work well when free floated.
