For concealed carry, I have a Glock 23 and Ruger SP-101. For home defense I have a Remington 12 gauge and a Glock 20. All simple, effective and about as much fun as painting my basement.
PackN sold me his 2000 PC Schofield and I spent the weekend shooting the heck out of it. Shooting single action revolvers is a passion of mine and this Schofield grip frame is the best fit for my hand than any of my other SA's. Much better than the Beretta Laramie. My shooter Webley comes in a close second. Reloads on these are lightning fast compared to other SA's. You can see how men armed with a top break would have been at an advantage in a gunfight.
