Sciatic pain

I related my gun belt/holster experience in a lengthy post above. Didn't mention my last MRI showed I have a bulging disc and stenosis in the spinal column, unrelated to the pain caused by the gun belt. My most prized possession? The $109 inversion table i bought from Amazon. i only invert 30 degrees, and when my vertebra need to adjust it often happens before I am even fully inverted. Never more than 30 seconds into the inversion. Best $109 I have ever spent.

If the OP is even still following this thread, I urge you to get seen by a professional. Assuming your pain is being caused by nerve impingement, you need to find out where before you can initiate corrective action.

Thanks so much for all of your input. I havnt read it all but will. Saw the doc a week ago but it seemed to be improving so I press it too much. This weekend though got really brutal bad again. Going back to the doc today. Get some relief once in a while but not much sleep. Thanks for all the advice. I’ll get back to ya. Ted

Be very careful trying to self diagnose "back or nerve" pain.
What seems to be the obvious cause may not be the case. You need to seek professional help. You may be best served by several consults and an MRI.
Last summer a friend injured himself working in the yard and thought he might have herniated himself, but he was also experiencing severe back pain that radiated down his right leg. He was in tremendous pain and when he tried to walk, everything would just "lockup" with all nerves set on fire. First MD said no hernia and referred him to a Neuro-Surgeon and after getting an MRI was diagnosed with a herniated disc. Afraid of another back surgery, he opted to try the injections first which did absolutely nothing. Neuro-Surgeon immediately pressured him to schedule surgery.
While waiting to get onto the surgery schedule, he was bathing one evening when he noticed a rather large bulge in his abdomen and significant nerve pain radiating down his leg that was worse than before. Upon making a visit to his local urgent care the MD diagnosed him with a large hernia that was in danger of strangulating.
Long story short.
My friend had to have immediate surgery to repair the hernia, due to its severity and danger of strangulation and now all of his back and leg pain that he was experiencing, from a supposed herniate disc, is gone.
It wasn't his back at all.
