Scored a M&P 9L. Some questions

Got a used 5" 9L very cheap, which is how it should be when there is no case, one mag and the extra grip pieces are long gone. Then I realized it has tritium sights on it and a two-dimple barrel. The muzzle appears to have some sort of target crown, too. Is this one of the LE only guns with the SKU 305701?

I also noticed that the trigger seems a lot better than on the 4.25" LE surplus model I got from AIM or somebody a few years ago. It lacks the crunching of my old gun. Did it smooth out with age or has it been fettled, I wonder. How do I ID an aftermarket trigger or sear?

It is a LE pistol. Hard to tell about the trigger. I would think it might have some after market in there.

It's LE but not LE only. Mine came with night sights and 3 mags. Same trigger as regular M&P.
