Scored an engraved Model 58 today!Updated with Hi Res photos

That gold fill must have taken forever. It is truly a work of art. The only thing that I don't get is the gold wash on the hammer and trigger, they spent a lot of time and effort everywhere else, but the hammer and trigger get a wash treatment....maybe I am missing something? or is the light playing tricks on my eyes?

It is a great piece regardless. I would be proud to own it (and then promptly case color the hammer & trigger).

Thanks for taking the time to post the full-size pics, you could always start an album here on the forum to reduce reliance on 3rd party sites.
