The AP just projected Scott Brown took Sen Kennedy's seat. Thank you, people of Massachusetts.
I am happy and perhaps this country can be saved.

Don't overlook a huge benefit to his victory: Obama can no longer threaten Democratic candidates that they go along with him or he won't work to re-elect them.
His track record for "helping" candidates get elected is zero. :D

Sorry for being out of touch on who were the candidates but he is GOP I assume?
 
Let the spin begin. Our Democratic friends will try to play this off as no big deal as they did with the wins in Virginia and in New Jersey. My only hope is that they really believe this is no big deal and continue to have their head in the - - - - - sand.
 
WOW. I am very glad. He won in a state that has been liberal for as long as I can remember.
Maybe this will be the start of taking back this country:D

The people of Massachusetts have given Obama and Company a bloody nose (figuratively). Now they know what to expect in November 2010. The rank and file Democrats do not support the loony, left-wing radical politics that they were trying to force down our throats. The middle-class Demos know what is best for themselves, and Obama Socialism ain't it.

Now is the time to celebrate, but tomorrow is the day when we start to plan for the elections in November 2010. Then for November 2012, let's all work to send Obama back to Chicago.

Bill Clinton had political sense and moved toward the middle after he lost his majority in the mid-term elections. Look for these people to do the opposite. They are desperate and will get nasty.
They're still Chicago thugs.
 
I think the "Blue Dog" democrats just got bluer. Now if conservatives will be conservatives and remain true to the message, the November election will bring a shake up in DC. Let's hope.
This today and Vic Snyder's retirement Friday, what a start to the new year.

Seems like there was some Shenanigans when they tried that with the Senator from Illinois.
 
IMO, I cannot see O-BUM-A move to the center. He is a student of the left. For him to do such a move is akin to Political Schizophrenia!

For one thing, why in the world are you wasting your time watching that hateful hack?

Second: Paying any attention to anything Dean says is silly. Dean has zero credibility with anyone, he's a joke.
