What screwdriver sets do you recommend for the Smith & Wesson top breaks? All the slots are thinner than my existing hollow ground screwdrivers.

Lowes Kobalt Precision Screwdriver Kit (#0525844)
This is a low price (maybe 15 of today's dollars) assembly of 10 screwdrivers (4 of which are for straight slot screws)-----but it's not junk, as the price suggests. The best part is the handles, which are big enough to hold with your hands instead of your fingers. This is for the target sights.
As for the rest of the screws, Brownells Magna-Tip blades start at .020" thickness----and there are A BUNCH of them to choose from. They used to have (and may still have) a Thin Bit set, which will likely satisfy your needs.
The only top breaks I had were NM #3's, and Single Shots----and was never at a loss for a screwdriver with Brownells sets. All of their blades are available individually, so there's no real need for a fancy set----unless you're a tool junkie like me. You can measure your diameters and slot widths, and go from there.

I'm kind of surprised no one has mentioned Gracie Screwdrivers, they used to sell them for different applications and are the finest screwdrivers I have ever used on all my firearms. I have picked them up whenever the opportunity presents itself and modify them to fit a particular need. I have a stubby that fits in my shooting box that gets used the most to remove side plate screws providing access to blackpowder rifle locks for cleaning. I have a set that is always with me at the range, they all fit in a cigar box and I guard them from jealous borrowers (who I trust)
My first set of gun screw drivers I got from Chapman's, they have a set of bits with a neat ratchet and screwdriver handle as well as an extension. They are also available on-line and come in different sets, along with allen heads, and hex head bits.
A friend of mine showed off his new screwdriver set he got on the internet, it is a square tube that encloses a crazy set of miniature bits in every persuasion along with an electric driver with two different torque settings, perfect for everything from eyeglasses to fine scope, target sight screws, damn thing even has a light and comes with a charger.

I have a modified set of Bonanza drivers. Had these for 40 years. I never looked for another set as these modified, by me, work great.
