Last week, I posted a link to see an Australian ship operating as part of a coalition task force enforcing laws against pirate and other hostile vessels in the area of the Persian Gulf.
For whatever reason, the person posting that documentary on YouTube used an image from the fictional series, "Sea Patrol", probably familiar to our several Aussie members and maybe to Kiwi Cop.
Here are two piggybacked episodes of the TV show, and I think they're among the better ones.
If a girl in the second episode looks familiar, she used to play a Victoria (state) cop on, "Blue Heelers", if you saw that long-running show. I think it's also on YouTube.
BTW, the "Sheilas" in these episodes are the best from all five seasons of the show.
Those of you who complain about boring TV should try these episodes of a really good series.
And, fellow Americans, don't ignore it on the basis of a "not made here" bias. You'd be missing out on a really good action series.
