Got a chance to buy this .22 ammo I was wondering if it is collectible. I don't shoot .22 so would have no other use for it.

Anything is collectable to the right person however I do not believe that that particular ammo would bring much more that shootrer ammo price. I used to buy that Sears ammo, I believe it was made by Federal and as I recall was pretty decent stuff. At least it went bang every time, but then again all the rimfire I shot in the 60's and 70's went bang. It wasnt't until the last ten years or so that I started to see failures to fire with any regularity.

Those boxes do have some collector value to them, more-so the CCI over the Sears. You'll see such boxes being sold at gun shows for $7-10 ea. The problem is finding someone interested in buying the ammo, as the boxes and ammo inside must be in pristine condition for a .22 box collector to buy it.
