Could somebody out there identify the maker and vintage of the target grips shown in these photos? They bear some similarity to some of the famous Roper-Gagne grips (which I have seen only in photos). But, there are also dissimilarities to the Roper-Gagnes. One difference: on the genuine Roper-Gagnes, as I understand it, there are two rectangular jig-holes on the inside of each panel -- one located about 1.5 inches above the other. In contrast, on the grips shown here, each panel has two small rectangular jig holes that are side-by-side, rather than high-and-low.
The revolver, by the way, is a Smith & Wesson Model 14-1, 1960.
