Sent my slide out to trijicon today.

I think I'm going to send them a set as well. It seems like for $57, you get re-lamper you can't go wrong.

Must the old sights be Trijicon to be relamped or can they/will they modify OEM sights?

As far as I know, they will not/cannot modify OEM sights with lamps. I think the sights need to be just a bit bigger to accommodate the lamps themselves.

Trijicon also will not fix a broken sight base, nor will they pull lamps to use in another base. Just asked them this a few months back, and wound up tossing some broken night sights.:o

I sent in a slide about 10 days ago. I've heard nothing from them. I will wait patiently. I was quoted $57.00 to relamp so it's much cheaper than replacing the sights.

They did a nice job on my Dan Wesson last year. Presuming that you gave them you email address, you can expect them to contact you for payment information once your job reaches the front of their work queue, which for me took about three weeks.

When the email arrived, I called them with credit card information and had the re-lamped sights in my hand about 10 days later.

They seemed like good people when I spoke with them before sending the sights in and during the payment process.

Best of luck!

I've sent several slide to Trijicon, both for initial installation and for re-lamping. I have NO complaints at all. Fair price, fast return, and good folks to deal with. I recommend them very highly.

I sent my 5906TSW sights to them on 5/8 along with a copy of my LE ID and I got the sights back on the 15th.
