It took two shots of CCI 22LR snake shot for the Mrs to kill a big Bufo Toad, back in the late 70s, with the long barreled K22M.
As I stated before, I bought her a Sec6 Snub.

A suppressed 16 inch bolt 22lr with sub sonics is quieter than most air guns.
