I was wondering if there are any problems with shooting winchester steel cased 9 or tula steel case 9 in my gun for the first time,it's all I have right now, about 500 rounds.
Is the steel cased ammo hard on ejectors? Thanks for any help

It is marginally tougher than brass cases. The biggest caution is to not fire too fast. At least the tula can be coated and if the barrel is hot, it will deposit in the chamber and you don't need that drama in your life.

Thanks for the suggestion, I will shoot the non lacquered Winchester USA Forged 115 grain cartridges. Ill try one of my 150 round boxes and see how it does.

150 Flawless rounds of Steel cased 115 grn FMJ Winchester through my brand new Shield 9 PC!! Then I shot 30 rounds of Winchester white box. So a total of 180 rounds without a hiccup.
This ammo shot surprisingly well ,I was able to keep all my rounds in a 8 inch circle from 7 yards despite my tendonitis. Gun was very controlable,I love this gun
