Shield Plus bullet weights

What grain jhp's are you using for self defense in the shield? I'm using 147 in my compact and full size m&p 2.0. Hopefully they will work good in the shield plus.

I use Barnes TAC-XPD +P 115gr

I not yet a 9mm guy but my wife is and she like the recoil of the stardard velocity 147over snappier 115 or 124gr and no +p . I know one day I will want a smaller easier shooting pistol in 9mm as I prefer underwood 155gr 40sw in a 4.25 or 5" m&p or 45acp in a lw commander . I have a good ammo of 124gr +P and some +P+ underwood ammo I figure I use . I have tested it and know what to expect .

In all my S&W 9mm's I use 124, range and carry. They preform best for me.
For range I use Lawman and carry, Speer Gold Dot. When I can find them.
Lately it's been Norma ammo.
