First trip to the range today with my new Shield Plus, fired 100 trouble free rounds. I have shot lots of compact/sub compact pistols over the years with not much success, this pistol had the shortest learning curve of any.
I also have a Sig P365 xl that I shoot well but the Plus just feels better in my hand.

Shot mine for the second time today. Only 100 round. Flawless
I find the 124gr a bit, but noticeably more accurate then the 115gr.
My lady shot hers for the first time today, and loves it. I'm not sure she is ready put her 39-2 back in the safe, but she was very impressed with the Shield Plus first time out of the box.

I've got 100rds or so through my Plus 9mm, I really like it, seems to eat anything, 124s, 115s, 147s.

How big a difference in grip size is the Plus compared to my 2.0 shield?

Officially, it’s like .1 inches. I have a 2.0 (well, it’s my old one I gave to my wife) and had her do a blind comparison when I picked up my plus last week, and she couldn’t tell the difference.

The only differences she noticed were the triggers and the mag release.

I agree ! I’ve owned several compacts and the S+ is the best I’ve ever shot and comfortable to shoot too.

Steel Plate Shoot

Ran my Shield Plus today at a steel plate shoot where rapid fire is encouraged ... fed it 124gr Norma FMJ ammo ... gun ran perfectly from both the 10- and 13-round mags. Getting used to the little itty bitty sight radius will take putting some more rounds down range. What a damned shame. (/snark)

I have carried a Sig P-365 for the past 2 years. I put the ArmaLaser green laser on it and have carried it everyday….until I recently bought my Shield Plus. I put the ArmaLaser green laser on it as well, plus bought a Crosssbreed IWB holster for it. After putting about 300 flawless rounds through it my P-365 is now resting in my safe. I also just put on TruGlo night sights on it to make it more comparable to my Sig. My only complaint is the lack of magazine availability.

New guy here....took my new Shield to the range today....just fired a mag through... don't have much ammo yet. But I wanted to get a feel for it, and I likey. So the hunt is on for ammo at an affordable price so I can go out more.

Congrats and glad you're enjoying your new pistol. I had mine out to the range last Wednesday. Just another 100 rounds but it was a pure pleasure to shoot. The combat accuracy of the shield+ meets my EDC needs. Now if I could just find some more 13 round mags.....
