Shield Saftey plug

Is there a plug if you will to take the place of the safety on the Shield? I noticed the safety keeps a pin in place and I want to remove it, but keep the sear pin in its proper place.

Where did you get the abs plastic from? I really like what you did.

I really like the idea and it looks nice, but the thought of holding an imperative pin in my EDC with silicone just doesn't seem right. Have you fired your Shield since your mod? How would a mod like that fare in court after and SD situation?

It's small, flat, and never a problem if you decide to leave it in the "off" position.

Apples and Oranges. They are both fruit, but different. Sell your safety model Shield and get one w/o. Easy, no worry fix. And I mean if you can or want. It is entirely your decision.

i don't understand the issue. The safety on the Shield can just be ignored and it doesn't move on it's own.
