That's why I prefer my revolvers in nickel, it rocks.

Too bad less and less guns are being offered new in nickel.

Congrats she's a Purdy one.

Did I say I prefer the 6"/6 1/2" barrels mainly?

Those are some shiny guns, makes the nickel finish on my 586 look dull, although i just haven't taken the time to really work it over and polish it up yet.

Really handsome guns folks... love shiny revolvers. Best I can admire are my stainless steels :(
 
I guess the most shiny one I've got is this M19 from 1985. Nickel sort of ended around 1992. The market for guns in nickel was very weak by then with all the stainless guns out there. Fewer than 10% of Smiths were sold in nickel post WWII making them kind of rare when compared to the blue ones.
