Short Action Trigger

I need a replacement trigger for my early 50s K22. A forum member is selling some Short Action K frame triggers so my question is what is the short action and will this trigger work in my standard action K22?

Can't answer your S.A. question but those triggers look like any 50's/60's/70's trigger for K and N frame and I would guess that it is identtical to your K22 trigger.
For the price (and the Honorable Seller), you could throw it in the parts box and never go wrong! You know that Charlie is going to be a Famous Author some day, don't you? Get him to sign the package before he mails it.

VM, doing more research I found when S&W updated their actions in the late 40s they were referred to as short actions so I should be good to go. Thanks for your input.

You're good to go for shooting, but to look original your 1950 K22 needs a "fish hook" hammer spur. S&W called them "speed hammers" if I recall correctly.
