The one thing I'm not happy with is my card was charged immediately, rather than when the order ships. I really don't like companies that do that.

I received a notice that my order shipped today with an expected delivery on Thursday.

How is taking my money before you ship the product protecting me?

Simple. When you order from us, your CC is charged INSTANTLY and then is deleted (we don't even see it as it is done via 3rd party).

Normally, your CC info sits on a companies computer until they run it. So when online dealers are hacked, this is what they take.

We have seen the above happen enough times to know that we aren't going to let that happen.

To date, none of our customers info has ever been compromised (and we like that).

Nope. We do not have the man power to keep up with a lot of orders. So we either raise our prices on everything or use a minimum order policy to keep small orders down.

As things slow down and return to normal levels, we will remove the minimum order requirement.

Response to this thread has reaffirmed my belief that not all businesses do not give a damn about the customer attitude. Although I have not ordered from C4 his taking the time to respond to questions and concerns from potential purchasers speaks positively about the company. I order mainly from Midway and Brownell's for the same individual courteous attention they give. Anyway I have so many 10 round short magazines now I just had to purchase a second 15-22 MOE....go figure!

Addendum: the magazines were loose in a box about five times too big with no buffering packaging. The box was crushed almost flat, but, fortunately, the magazines were undamaged.
