So, how did it shoot? Mine does OK with full power 357 ammo...

My target was a Small USPS Priority box I had in my car that someone had mailed an WWII M1 sling to me I had bought! 6 quick rounds on a dirt road this afternoon 30 min. before dark,, my wife thinking I was en route home from work... At 15-18 yds 4 in. low, 4 in. left with Rem. 158 .357, I will dial it in soon!!

Glad to see that there are still some owners out there willing to actually shoot a great old gun. It saddens my heart to think of all the great guns just languishing away in a dark safe, only to be taken out and rubbed a little occasionally.
I read somewhere that the only folks who own fine guns and don't shoot them are folks that really can't afford them to begin with. Sounds good to me and I'll probably never know as the most costly gun I own is worth only a couple grand. I shoot the hell out of it, often.
