What Gauge?
Even primed, they go for between $10 and $15 per 100 online but keep in mind those are mostly out of stock so hard to say.
I honestly don't think there is a market for unprimed shotshells unless you sell locally.
You can fit a lot of them in a USPS Priority Large FRB if you choose to ship.
IMO - better to trade locally for something you need rather than sell.

If they have live primers in them then you are doing something wrong.
It depends on the type and your local market.
I have 3 gun clubs within 15 minutes of my house and 12 gauge target hulls can usually be scavenged for free. A lot of the affluent skeet and trap shooters only shoot factory shells.
The most desirable hulls are the old Winchester compression formed AA’s. Those are hard to find once formed and bring a premium.
Next up are extruded Winchester AA’s (separate inner base wad) and Remington STS hulls. Once fired should bring about 4 cents/ea. for 12 gauge, 5-6 cents for 20 gauge and 10 cents or more for 28/.410. The old compression formed AA’s will bring more.
The extruded hulls don’t split at the mouth as quickly, but the inner base wad can come loose and lodge in the barrel. It’s easy to spot in a fixed breech gun (SxS, O/U or SBT), if you’re in the habit of looking down the tubes before dropping in live shells. It’s almost impossible to notice in an autoloaders or pump. You can kiss your barrel goodbye if you fire the gun with a base wad stuck in it.
I’ve never shipped hulls, because of the volume. I typically sell excess at local swap meets. .410/28 gauge hulls may be worth shipping in todays market.

In AA hulls only 410 & 28 gauge hulls marked with HS are really worth reselling. They use a RED HS wad. The non HS hulls use the older white wad (They are not interchangeable!) I sold once fired 3" 410 HS (Super-X) hulls for $10/100 & once fired 2.5" HS (AA) Hulls for $12-15/100. The older hulls never brought that kind of money nor would they last as many loadings!

Now, Big question! The people with the powder, primers and shot to reload, seem to already have all the hulls they need. I'm sitting on 1750 (7 cases) unfired brand new 2.5" 410 Shells and 1000 (4 cases) of 28 gauge shells. But I have no desire to go to the range with all the idiots running around!

Most clubs have garbage cans full of them on public nights. Unless you have specialty stuff pretty much worthless.
find out when your trap club is having a "Benefit" shoot, usually a 100 round shoot with $100 entry fee p/person to raise $$$ for some charity. With 15-20 teams of 5 a lot of shells are used up, and there will be 5 Gal buckets sitting by every trap field. Ask nicely and they will probably give you a 5 gal bucket full. Most I have attended the shoot provides the shells, so you will get all same brand, usually Winchester Target (not AA). Better yet, get up a team ans shoot in the event.

I pick up Gun Clubs at the range by the pail load. I guess if I had to buy them they would be about 2 cents each.

At my Club I can't even give them away for free! I throw them in the garbage.
I shot a lot of trap, shot both new shells and my reloads. New Winchester AA's we always sold for 5 cents each. Everybody seemed to want them, but Federal Gold Medal is a better hull for more loads/hull.
I do not suppose there are many around now, but IMO the worst hulls were Peter's blue Magic. If you used slow powder like green dot, the hulls would actual break off above the brass, and you would be launching pretty much a shotgun slug.

Winchester AA and Remington STS will be saleable. As pointed out, Gun clubs you can give away. The rest of them I would not take for free.
I liked the old AA hulls and that was all I used until they changed then I started using Rem STS. The Rem. Gun Club are one piece the same as the STS and I have loaded a car load of them. It's easier to find the Gun Club empties and I now have a 12 ga. lifetime supply. I will not reload a 2 piece hull.
I still have a few old AA for 20, 28 and .410. I guess I'll go with Rem. when I wear them out. Larry

The last time I bought AA and Rem STS I paid $25 for 500 from my local shooting range
IF......They are a high quality hull such as AA's/STS's etc. A nickel a piece.
Otherwise just chunk "em" unless they are 410's.

I tried to give some 12ga. AA to a reg. shooting friend last fall, he said no one he knows needs any!,,,,, .410 is a differrent matter
