Shout Out to S&W Customer Service

I recently had FTF issues with my new M&P 45C. I sent it in to S&W, they promptly replaced the barrel and extractor. I got my pistol back within 2 weeks, it works perfectly. S&W customer service is outstanding, I will continue to buy their products and recommend them highly.

S&W Customer Service is only great if you live in the US. For us up here in Canada, it's a joke and is basically non-existant.

Sent an email on Monday about my 15-22 issues. Only got an automated response. Called today and they said no shipping labels until mid next month and to call back then. That is NOT great customer service in my mind!!

Is FTF in your post "failure to feed" or "failure to fire?" Did they tell you what the problem was that required a new barrel and extractor?
