Thanks for this post, Lee.

I have been an NRA member since 1979, when I bought my first gun.

Eventually I became a life member, and I have been fortunate to be able to become a Benefactor member over the years.

All it takes is a yearly membership to start out with.

It is only $25.00. We piss away more than that on stupid stuff.

If you think you can't afford to join, think again.

You can't afford not to.

BTW - for those new Life Members, I just received my Life Member packet and it took 2 months to get here. NRA membership department is buried with membership requests and upgrades. Let's keep it that way!
