Sig Sauer P365

I was in the market to get a Beretta 92FS Compact, which holds 13+1 rounds and is only a bit of a BRICK than the full-size 92FS is.
Now, I see this new P365 that holds 12+1 (with the extended mag) and it weighs just over half of what the 92 Compact does.
Hmmm... I'm going to have to wait until I check the 365 out first before making a decision to go with the Beretta.

BTW, my local shop expects them to arrive any day and is pricing them at $499 + tax.

My dealer is receiving a grand total of one in the first shipment.

I've carried my Kel-Tec P-11 for many years. I have both 9mm and 40sw pistols.Their stainless belt clip is a winner!
Never a mis-fire. Best out there.

I really like the size and design of the Kel-Tec P11 since I want true DAO if I'm going to be sticking it in a pocket, but I've read a lot of mixed reviews on reliabilty and durability.

I had one and sold it, but I wish I had it back. Never had an issue with reliability, but I didn't carry it often enough or keep it long enough to comment on durability. I'm a big fan of Kel Tec, but I know others have had some issues . . .

A few years back, I asked Mas Ayoob if he would ever carry a Kel-Tec and if so, which one would he trust. His answer was the P11.

My only sig is a P 320 Compact. It is a sweet pistol, especially after the trigger upgrade. Love the disassembly. If the trigger pull on the P 365 is close to the 320, I'll be looking hard at it for an EDC in about a year or so. I'm not a fan of night sights, so wish that were an option, instead of mandatory. I like Crimson Trace lasers, so I'm not sure about the proprietary rail on the P 365. Considering it comes with metal, nite sights, I'd say the street price will be in line with other pistols of this comparable quality. Sig haters gonna hate!

I did feel the trigger upgrade and it feels much nicer than before the upgrade. however, before the upgrade came out I installed the apex flat face trigger so if I send it in, my apex will no longer work

hmm possible battery issues with P365
