Sight Height?

I just got my Nikon P223 3 x 9 scope with bdc reticle. I have it mounted on my Sport with Nikon P series mounts. While playing around with the "spot on" app from Nikon, it asks for the scopes height and says it is higher on an AR platform. What value should I enter or what is the beat way to measure the height?

They are asking for center of scope to center of bore = sight over bore.
Plug in 2.5 inches and you'll be close enough.
