Brought my new Sigma 9mm to range yesterday and had problem. It has trouble ejecting the spent round and feeding the next round cleanly. Had several jams. It will fire a round, eject, load, fire, and jam. Tried spare clip and different ammo. Same problem. I have a Sigma 40 cal and haven't had single problem with it. Any insight as to what is happening?? Thanks...

When it is EMPTY slide the slide like you are going to chamber a round. Do it slowly and make sure the firing pi retracts and stays back as you let the slide come forward. My sigma was doing the same thing and the firing pin was doing weird stuff (assuming it was broke) caused failure to feeds, failure to fires, and light primer hits. Sent it to Smith and should hopefully get it back in the next few days.

Also call S&W regardless and they will send you a shipping label to ship it in. It is free to do so and they will look everything over for you and make sure it is back to what it should be.

Thanks. I tried looking at the firing mechanism as I pull back on the slide. Don't see anything strange. I guess I will send it to S&W. Thanks again.
