Well, took the sigma out to the local shooting match on Sunday. Way cool! The match was setup like half IDPA and half steel match. First half was 6 paper targets, 2 shots to each target. 1 reload. Then you moved behind cover and came to 6 steel targets with 1 stop plate. There were 3 different shoots.

So, how did the sigma do? Very well. There were 25 shooters in production class and I came in 7th. Not bad for my 1 time out. Next month I think I can do better.

Other guns in the production class were:

about 7-8 glocks
8ish 1911s
2 revolvers ( 1 came in 2nd)
2 cz's
few m&p's
few xd's
and 1 bad azz Sigma

holsters I use was fobus padle gun and mag combo. It worked great.

That is FANTASTIC!

I'm proud of you my friend! I can't wait until your 2nd time out. Keep us posted.

Outstanding!!!

If you do the math, he not only whipped some glockeroos, he whipped some 1911's too! Possibly a combination of the other highly regarded guns on the list also.

Either way you slice the pie; this was his first time out and he did an outstanding job, and his venerable sigma didn't let him down.

Well done again, 357!

The one club around here has a members only league and the guy who won it last year was using a Hi-Point C9.

One guy with the cz came in first. A few glocks and a few 1911's were ahead of me.

Oh yeah, we all know girls can't play this sport. NOT! One came in fourth. With her smith and wesson 1911.

357, you should see how well my baby girl shoots the sigma.

She turns heads at the range. Of course she turns heads everywhere! LOL!

Let her turn heads. Thats what they do best. I have alot of respect for women tat can hold there own. ( I should, I married one) More Women need to jump in and show people they can do it.

WAY TO GO!!! I shot a lot of those competitions and thay are a blast.Just work on being accurate and smooth...speed will come by itself...I have learned that most guns shoot better than thise handling them, no matter what the cost..Our daughter playerd this game when she was 12-16 years old and used to whip a lot of guys, including some of the local law enforcment..
