sigma sw9ve question?

I just picked up a used sigma sw9ve for $200 from my friend and was wondering if the piece at the bottom of the grip is supposed to be a little loose? Cause mine moves alittle bit if you touch it. I'll put a picture up of the piece I'm talking about.
