Yeah, we're still safe. But didn't you hear? Feinstein and Boxer are pleading with all civilians and law enforcement to "just lay their guns down" because if we do, he will, "it's human nature". Biggest morons on the face of the planet.

You guys are in my thoughts. Please go with God's speed. I pray for a quick and safe resolution.

It is a sad day for Californians and all Americans when prominent national politicians put their own personal agenda ahead of the rights and safety of their constituents. They are blinding leading the sheep to slaughter. It is far beyond shameful.

Obviously, these two have NEVER been in an Alabama/Tennessee border bar.....

All I can say is that as of Friday we are involved in the hunt as well. Not me specifically but some of my troops and equipment.

Maybe y'all can get one of THEM to volunteer to approach the guy un-armed and without their security guys present so that they can REASON with him. What a load of equine excrement.
f.t.

My thoughts and hopes go out to your troops for their safety.

Let us all pray that this horror has ended. The only way to know for sure will be if they find him, either alive or dead.

I just get the feeling this is already over. I suspect the guy either shot himself or died of exposure in the mountains around Big Bear on Friday. If he isn't found by searchers in the next few days, a hiker will stumble across his bones sometime in the next few years.

I don't believe they are blind. They know and see exactly what they are doing.

Lots of Maybe's

When he tried to steal the yacht in San Diego he tied up the old man and told him he was going to Mexico. (Why did he abort stealing the yacht - gas tank empty (?) - maybe the old man would not tell him how to get it started?)

Last I heard it was pretty easy to get into Mexico?

Then his truck is on fire in Big Bear with his heavy weapons inside? They traced it by VIN number (does that mean the license plates were missing?)

Way too many incomplete stories. My best hunch so far is that he took another boat, or method, made it to Mexico, and is now sitting in a mexican prison, while they figure out who to sell him to? Or now how to get the reward?

Perhaps some delinquent San Diego teens took his abandoned truck for a joy ride to Big Bear, then set it on fire to destroy evidence of themselves being in the truck?

Or he waited for LAPD to search his mothers house and is now there hiding under the bed.

(We need to be betting money on best hunch - I think Mexico because he probably thinks he would not stand out in a crowd).

But he has a really nice house in Las Vegas. Probably lots of friends there. No one has mentioned what kind of job he had in Vegas.

Scuba Gear?

Hmm…. Two days before the first shootings Dorner was buying small scuba tanks.

Reports: Surveillance video shows fugitive Christopher Dorner buying scuba gear at Torrance Sport Chalet - San Jose Mercury News

And his attempt to steal a boat was aborted when ropes were caught in the propeller.

Maybe he was going to let the boat drift and swim ashore somewhere?

But ropes caught in propeller and then breaking an axel in pickup truck shows that things are not going smooth for him. Maybe some illegal drugs involved here?
