Slide on Sd9 2.0

I recently purchased a SD9 2.0 9mm and I find the slide requires significant effort to pull back. Will this get better with use?

Push with your strong hand while pulling with your off hand after a good cleaning and lube. Your problem is not in the top 6 often listed on the internet for that gun.
