Well maybe not....................
I just tried Jumbo Shrimp at 325 degrees to let the Orange and Lime juice give it a great flavor put the rub on top..........
but after 8 minutes and "Turn time" I noticed that the shrimp looked
the SAME as when I put them on!!
Cranked the smoker up to high and came back in eight more minutes...........
NOW we are grilling.
Maybe you can slow cook some sea food but when it comes to shrimp...
