I live in a city with a population of about 150,000. It was a small town of about 35,000 when I moved here in 1971. We still get "small town" items in our newspaper on occasion. Here's one that happened in the neighboring town of Argyle. (Note that towing companies around here can be used to help extinguish fires.)
Do your local newspapers still publish small town items?
