I recently had a Positive CS experience with a Model 469 that I had acquired in a trade in about 1994, was cruising the Interweb and found a Recall from the early 90's on the Decocker. Called and was promptly sent a FedEx Label, was gone about 18 days, was resprung at No Charge. Just yesterday, CS received my 649-2 for a Trigger Reset issue. I haven't received an e-mail but FedEx tracking shows it was delivered, I bought it from an Estate Auction in August and discovered it had also been altered to DAO. Before contacting CS I had cleaned, lubed and changed the Return Spring which didn't fix the Reset issue. I explained that I had bought the gun used and wished it to be returned to Factory Specs, the Rep said they would try ;o)
