Next to the Python is the Colt Cobra in .32 New Colt Police which is a lowly .32 SW Long from the times before .38 Special and .357 Magnum.

It was made in 1966 and it shoots without a problem at all with the lowly .32 SW Long or Colt New Police.

Here is a 5 shot SW Chief's Special in the recent SW Classics:

The SW Chief's Special in 5 shot .38 Plus Pressure compared to my Colt .32 New Police Cobra. More pictures for character:

The Chief shot more accurate.
Both functioned without any problems DA or SA.
I love these two from SW and Colt for Snub Nose Work!
The Cobra is lighter and easier to carry than the J Frame. It shoots 6 instead of 5.

TX for listening,

I plan to do a similar comparison between my 1946 M&P and a friend's (maybe mine some day) Colt Official Police from about '47. I think it will be fun. Nice.
