The original S&W Bodyguard Airweight with a shrouded hammer has been a legendary lightweight concealed carry and law enforcement backup gun. It is renowned for its dependability, concealability, and ease of use. The Model 38 is aluminum-framed w/RB, has a carbon steel barrel, a carbon steel cylinder with a five-round capacity, and is chambered in .38 Special. The barrel is 2" and the revolver weighs in at only 14 1/2 ounces.
This Model 38 No Dash Airweight is in very nice condition and it functions flawlessly. It is dated to 1969 (Serial J87xx) and comes with everything pictured below, which includes a correct but not matching S&W model marked box from the 70's.
I've included an original black Tyler T Grip to the package as a bonus gift!!
