It is a custom Ruger New Model Blackhawk chambered in 25 WCF / 25-20. It was built by the late great John Gallagher on I believe a 50th anni FT 357. I had JG build a 32-20 then found this one online. John looked it up and confirmed he built it before I bought it. Sadly John passed away a couple years ago. Great guy and hell of a gunsmith.
Ruger NM Flattop rechambered in 25-20. This one required a new cylinder to fit the 25 WCF caliber. Frame remarked " Ruger 25-20".
New 4.5" barrel. John told me he used Douglas blanks.
Custom front sight.
BP chamfer on cylinder.
Belt Mountain base pin.
Elk antler grips.
SBH hammer.
My partner and I shot 15-20 rounds through it and it hasn't been shot since we acquired it around 2012. Cost to replicate before JG passed away was over $2k.

(Still Available) Kimber 82 government model 22 LR single shot target rifle. I bought this from CMP 23-25 years ago. Looks very nice except for the box knife scratch on the stock that almost all of them have and a small ding on pistol grip. $750 + $50 shipping. Part of the shipping cost will be for a new hard case it will ship in. Fed Ex is still able to break stocks and deny claims when they are in a hard case. Ask me about a Cooper m-22 they broke. So I ship UPS until I can find a better option.
I really dont need trades but will consider if it will help make a deal.
